ALL our bags comes complete with original gift receipt / copy or original copy of receipt / dustbag & paperbag. Box for brands like CHANEL are standard inclusion.. as for other brands, they are strictly by request only (subject to our luggage space)!
Boxes are available for small leather goods! Rest assured of that unless the brand does not provide (for instance Saint-Laurent Paris (formerly known as YSL) :P
We don't carry much ready stocks in hand as I have trips up between 2-4x a month to Europe!
For all-in-stock items, please do us a favour and refer to our e-shop link directly as prices are all detailed therein!!!

- Payments via deposit/online transfers to our banking accounts are highly preferable!!
- Credit card payments accepted but SURCHARGE applies!!!
DO NOT place your orders if you are unwilling to pay for the credit card surcharge (it is not imposed by us but by our credit card service provider which we can't absorb)
For any bags you may desire - as long they are European brands, you can PREORDER at ANY time.. our preorder NEVER closes!!!
Delivery timeline ranges from 5-10 working days after orders are submitted as it depends on our trips schedules!

** Our advise is NOT to google for pix of bags... just refer to the respective brands' official website! IF you can see them on the websites, we can secure them for you!!!
We will be explicit as to where bags will be secured! We will charge accordingly depending on whether bags are secured from Paris OR London!
We add handling charges to cover for postage/shipping of bags to you!
ALL bags are hand-carried back to Malaysia before they are dispatched to all customers via Poslaju and all prices quoted are inclusive of deliveries within Malaysia!
We ship internationally! Deliveries to international destinations (as long as outside of Malaysia) will incur courier surcharge accordingly depending on the weight of the ordered item(s)!
